I am a UI/UX design professional based in Vancouver, B.C., with backgrounds in graphic design, illustrations, video post-production, and event management. I am passionate about the art of solving design problems and understanding the unique journeys associated with each scenario.
I got into design and arts back in high school when we were introduced to coding and designing. I entered a few contests, one involved coding and making a magazine cover. I was amazed by how cool designs were made, which led me to major in multimedia arts for my bachelor’s degree. I started my career as a graphic designer, also dipping my toes into marketing. Exploring the world of solving design problems, I got a User Experience Design certificate in New York to get some basic knowledge. Later, I did a post-degree diploma in Web and Mobile Design and Development in Vancouver. I’ve worked with tech companies like IBM and Telco companies like PLDT, providing effective solutions to address their design challenges. Ever since I've enjoyed tackling design challenges and have found fulfillment in my role as a UI/UX Designer.
